Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be delayed or returned.

GlitchNest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

GlitchNest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
